Argentina

In the Footsteps of Pope Francis

Journey through Argentina on a Catholic pilgrimage in the footsteps of Pope Francis. Visit Flores, the Buenos Aires neighborhood where a young Jorge Bergoglio first heard God’s call to the priesthood, and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of St. Joseph, his home parish. Travel to the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Luján, Patroness of Argentina, where Cardinal Bergoglio once welcomed pilgrims and heard confessions, and to the Marian shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary of San Nicolás. Every stop connects pilgrims to the life and faith of the future pope and to the living Catholic heritage of Argentina.
