Travel with the author and apologist who has spent nearly four decades answering questions about the Catholic faith, in the places where it happened.
Patrick Madrid has spent his working life answering questions about the Catholic faith. He has written or edited more than twenty-five books, among them the Surprised by Truth series, Why Be Catholic? and Envoy for Christ, and his weekday program on Relevant Radio takes those questions live from whoever calls.
He spent eight years at Catholic Answers, founded the Envoy Institute and Envoy magazine, has debated the faith publicly since the late 1980s, and has taught apologetics at seminaries and universities. He holds an M.A. in dogmatic theology from the Pontifical College Josephinum.
Pilgrims have been travelling with him for years, to Rome, the Holy Land, Greece, England and the shrines of Europe.

Patrick is joined on pilgrimage by his wife, Nancy. They have eleven children and more than thirty grandchildren.
Every departure Patrick is hosting, straight from the reservation system, so this list is never out of date. Places are limited and they fill early.
Wherever the destination, three things hold on every pilgrimage Patrick hosts.
Daily Mass and the spiritual programme are part of the package, and where it is possible Mass is offered at the site itself rather than back at the hotel.
He hosts it himself and travels with the group, not just for a talk on one evening. Nancy joins him.
A dedicated Canterbury tour director, licensed local guides, admissions, private coaches, hotels and 24 hour emergency support are all included and all handled.
Patrick has led Canterbury groups across Europe, the Holy Land and North America. These are the routes his pilgrims have walked.

Canterbury pilgrimages fill from the mailing list before they are advertised anywhere else. One list, every destination and every host, and you can leave it in one click.
We email when a new pilgrimage opens or dates are announced. Nothing else, and never your address to anyone.
