Most of Europe and the Holy Land take a Type C adapter, England, Scotland and Ireland take Type G, and the United States, Canada, Mexico and Japan need none. Check the label on each charger too: anything that reads 100–240V needs only the adapter, while a 120V hair dryer needs a converter. Yes, you’re welcome to bring your CPAP machine. Hotels generally have accessible power for it, but be sure to pack a universal power adapter to match local outlets. For distilled water, it’s up to you: some pilgrims pack their own supply, and others simply pick some up after they arrive at their destination. Either approach works well.
