To guarantee your spot on the group flight, please let us know by 130 days before departure. Your flight details (like your legal name matching your passport) are typically due by 120 days before departure. After the 130-day guarantee window, we’ll still do our best to fit in late additions or changes, but this depends on the airline and can’t be guaranteed.

If you’d like to arrange your own flights, just email your arrival and departure details to hello@canterburypilgrimages.com so we can coordinate your airport transfers. Be sure to check your airline’s own baggage allowances directly, since these vary by carrier and fare class.

If you’re on our group flight, we provide meeting assistance at the arrival hall along with hotel transfers on your arrival and departure days.
