Yes. If a pilgrimage is already full, you can still begin the same registration you would for any other trip: go to the pilgrimage’s webpage, click “Reserve Now,” and follow the prompts. The booking system will add you to the waiting list rather than confirming a place, and there’s no deposit needed to hold your spot on the list. If a place opens up we’ll be in touch, and you’d pay your deposit at that point to confirm it. If you’d rather talk it through first, or you’d like us to suggest a similar pilgrimage or a later departure, call us at (800) 653-0017 or email hello@canterburypilgrimages.com.

We send you several emails after you book, including your booking confirmation, a reminder before your final payment is due, and your final travel documents. If one hasn’t arrived, check your junk, spam, and promotions folders first, since email providers sometimes file them there automatically. Adding hello@canterburypilgrimages.com to your contacts helps future emails reach your inbox. It’s also worth knowing that nothing important is only available by email: your booking details, balance, payment history, and travel documents are all in your Pilgrim Portal at any time. If you still can’t find something you were expecting, call us at (800) 653-0017 or email hello@canterburypilgrimages.com and we’ll resend it.

Booking is simple: visit the webpage for the pilgrimage you’d like to join and click “Reserve Now.” You’ll be directed to our reservation system, where you can follow the prompts to complete your booking. A deposit is required at the time of booking (see “What deposit is required and when?”). We recommend booking online, since it’s more accurate and secure than booking by phone or mail.
