Booking & Registration

Absolutely, you can register on behalf of another traveler through our booking system, up to the group limit noted below (see “Can I book several people in one group?”).

Yes. Our booking system allows up to 4 travelers to be registered together in a single booking. If your group is larger than that, you can submit a couple of separate bookings to cover everyone, or give us a call at (800) 653-0017 and we’ll help register your whole group.

Our standard cutoff is 90 days before departure. That said, late registration is sometimes still possible if space remains, so if you see a trip you like, don’t hesitate to ask, even if it’s close to departure.
