Seating on our group flights is assigned by the airline rather than by us, so we aren’t able to reserve particular seats in advance. What we do recommend is speaking with the desk attendant when you check in, who can advise on preferred seating arrangements. That’s also the best moment to ask about being seated with your travel companion. Upgrades work differently: if you’d like to upgrade your class of service, that is arranged through us rather than at the airport, so contact us at (800) 653-0017 or hello@canterburypilgrimages.com.

Yes. We can add your Known Traveler Number, which is what TSA PreCheck and Global Entry use, to your flight booking. You can either enter it yourself in the Pilgrim Portal or send it to us at hello@canterburypilgrimages.com and we’ll add it for you, whichever is easier. It’s worth adding, though it doesn’t guarantee that PreCheck will appear on every boarding pass, since that’s decided by TSA and the airline rather than by us. Bear in mind too that these are United States programs, so they apply when you’re departing from a US airport rather than at airports overseas. If you have questions, call us at (800) 653-0017.

No, your e-ticket isn’t a boarding pass. It confirms your flights, routing, and ticket number, but you still need to check in with the airline yourself. Check in directly with the airline, usually from 24 hours before departure, either on the airline’s website or app, or at the airport when you arrive. You’ll find your e-ticket and flight details in the Canterbury mobile app and the Pilgrim Portal. If anything on your e-ticket looks wrong, particularly the spelling of your name, contact us at (800) 653-0017 or hello@canterburypilgrimages.com before you travel rather than waiting until you’re at the airport.
