A group flight is airfare booked together as a block for everyone traveling on your pilgrimage, arranged and managed by us as part of your package.
We’re able to secure group airfare once at least 10 pilgrims are booked onto the flight, even if the overall pilgrimage requires more travelers to run.
To guarantee your spot on the group flight, please let us know by 130 days before departure. Your flight details (like your legal name matching your passport) are typically due by 120 days before departure. After the 130-day guarantee window, we’ll still do our best to fit in late additions or changes, but this depends on the airline and can’t be guaranteed.
