Access your Pilgrim Portal using the “Pilgrim Portal” button at the top right of canterburypilgrimages.com, or go directly to www.canterburypilgrimages.com/portal. Log in with your email and password. Since this is a new system, everyone will need to create a new account, previous accounts don’t carry over automatically.
Your Pilgrim Portal and the Canterbury mobile app share the same login, so you can use whichever is more convenient. Between the two, you can view your itinerary, hotel and flight details, payment history and balance, make a payment, add travel insurance, message our team, chat with your fellow travelers in a group chat, follow daily prayers including the Liturgy of the Hours, collect a shrine passport as you visit sacred sites, and get live updates during your trip.
