Go to the Pilgrim Portal login page at www.canterburypilgrimages.com/portal and use the forgotten password link, then follow the prompts to set a new one. The reset email can take a few minutes to arrive, so check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it straight away. One thing to keep in mind: the Pilgrim Portal is a new system, so if you’ve traveled with us before, your old account doesn’t carry over and you’ll need to create a new one rather than reset a password. If you’re still locked out, or you’re not sure which email address your account uses, contact us at (800) 653-0017 or hello@canterburypilgrimages.com and we’ll help.

We send you several emails after you book, including your booking confirmation, a reminder before your final payment is due, and your final travel documents. If one hasn’t arrived, check your junk, spam, and promotions folders first, since email providers sometimes file them there automatically. Adding hello@canterburypilgrimages.com to your contacts helps future emails reach your inbox. It’s also worth knowing that nothing important is only available by email: your booking details, balance, payment history, and travel documents are all in your Pilgrim Portal at any time. If you still can’t find something you were expecting, call us at (800) 653-0017 or email hello@canterburypilgrimages.com and we’ll resend it.

Canterbury Pilgrimages is a Catholic pilgrimage travel company with more than 30 years of experience organizing pilgrimages for priests, parishes, dioceses, Catholic schools, and individual travelers. We build every trip around spiritual depth, including daily Mass, time at sacred sites, and encounters with Catholic history, not just sightseeing. We handle every part of the journey you want us to (flights, hotels, guides, meals, and more) while staying fully customizable to your group’s needs. Beyond the logistics, we share a deep love for travel itself and for helping others experience the gift of adventure, especially those who might not otherwise have the chance. Our goal is simple: help pilgrims grow in faith and in fellowship with one another. Questions? Reach us at (800) 653-0017 or hello@canterburypilgrimages.com, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
